Team Coordinator - Packaging & Product Processing (m/f/d) - Chinese Speaker

Your mission • Support daily team organization, work allocation, task assignment, attendance follow-up, and employee coordination. • Coordinate coding orders based on workload, priorities, and available resources to support timely completion. • Follow up on production progress, work efficiency, product quality, and compliance with SOPs and established standards. • Support the onboarding and ongoing training of team members to help maintain team performance and work quality. • Identify and communicate operational issues and exceptions, and support their resolution in coordination with relevant departments. • Support continuous improvements in work allocation, efficiency, quality, and internal business processes. • Provide regular updates on team performance, operational progress, staffing needs, major issues, and potential risks to the department manager. Your profile • Strong organizational, coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills. • High sense of responsibility and strong execution skills, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach. • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and work efficiently in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment. • Basic people management and team development capabilities. • Fluent Chinese and sufficient English proficiency to use as a working language. • Experience in team management, production supervision, or project coordination. • Engineering background preferred; experience in production, manufacturing, processing, operations, or related fields is an advantage. • Willingness and potential to develop towards a future Team Leader role.
