Huawei's Heisenberg Research Center in Munich is responsible for advanced technology research, architectural development, design and strategic engineering of our products. To address growing market demands, we are seeking a passionate Technical Marketing & Business Development Manager to focus on base station antennas. Join us as a  Technical Marketing & Business Development Manager– Antenna (m/f/d) Shape the industry narrative and market direction for the next generation of antenna systems, working directly with operators, analysts, standards bodies, and senior R&D leadership. Your mission • Define market strategies: Develop and implement innovative, customer specific marketing strategies for base station antennas within a dedicated region. • Engage with stakeholders: Act as a key interface with customers, Huawei account organizations and third-parties to understand current and future needs, creating opportunities for collaboration and joint innovation. • Generate market analysis insights: Contribute to the strategic solution roadmap, portfolio development, and new product definitions by analyzing market trends and customer demands. • Promote Huawei solutions: Work closely with Huawei account teams to present solutions, identify new customer needs, and leverage opportunities for business growth, innovation, and added value. • Drive market breakthroughs: Lead initiatives to expand market presence, unlock new business opportunities, and strengthen Huawei’s competitive edge. • Foster long-term partnerships: Build and maintain trust-based relationships with stakeholders to ensure sustained collaboration and mutual success, while actively contributing to antenna-related standardization efforts and shaping the industry’s future direction. Your areas of expertise What you should bring from day one • Bachelor's degree or higher with knowledge in RF/electromagnetics. • Solid understanding of antenna and network requirements, and the ability to explain them clearly and credibly to customers. • Strong analytical and structured thinking. • Fluent written and spoken English. • Clear, confident communication. You can present and defend a technical position and influence larger groups. • Good to have • Experience in antenna-related sales, marketing, product management, or engineering, ideally with established relationships with mobile network operators. • Experience working with European customers and business practices. • Ability to manage international projects and coordinate with stakeholders globally. • Initiative: you identify what needs to be done, turn unclear requests into concrete proposals, and drive them to a result without waiting for instructions. • Good judgment in a complex organization: you understand different stakeholder interests, and you know when to align, challenge, or escalate across HQ, R&D, sales, and regional teams.
