As a (Senior) Consultant in our Organizational Excellence & Transformation team, you will help clients translate their AI ambitions into concrete changes to their organization, processes, capabilities, and ways of working. You will work at the intersection of business, organization, people, and technology – from analyzing the current situation and designing the transformation approach to supporting adoption and implementation. Working in multidisciplinary project teams, you will take responsibility for project modules and workstreams, develop your expertise in AI Transformation, and help clients turn ambitious ideas into practical and measurable results. Your role as a (Senior) Consultant AI Transformation :• Contribute to AI transformation projects from strategic ambition to implementation • Assess organizational AI readiness and identify transformation priorities • Analyze how AI affects business processes, roles, capabilities, governance, and ways of working • Contribute to the design of AI-enabled target operating models and governance structures • Translate AI use cases and technology opportunities into organizational and business requirements • Develop transformation roadmaps, implementation concepts, and value realization approaches • Design and support change, adoption, and capability-building initiatives • Prepare and facilitate workshops with stakeholders across different organizational levels • Develop high-quality analyses, concepts, presentations, and client deliverables • Collaborate with Data & AI, technology, strategy, and industry experts across the Eraneos Group • Contribute to the development of our AI Transformation methods, assets, and thought leadership Depending on your experience, you will take increasing responsibility for workstreams, client interactions, and the coordination of junior team members. Who you are You are curious about how AI changes organizations and enjoy turning complex questions into structured and pragmatic solutions. You combine analytical thinking with strong communication skills and are motivated to continuously develop your consulting and AI Transformation expertise. You also bring: • A university degree in business administration, information systems, organizational sciences, psychology, engineering, or a comparable field • At least 2 years of relevant professional experience in management consulting, transformation, organizational development, or a comparable business role • Initial practical experience in one or more of the following areas:• AI transformation or AI strategy implementation • Target operating model and organizational design • AI governance and use-case portfolio management • Change management, adoption, and capability building • Process transformation and AI-enabled ways of working • Transformation management and value realization • A strong interest in the organizational and business implications of AI • The ability to understand and connect business, organizational, and technological perspectives • Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills • A collaborative, proactive, and entrepreneurial mindset • Fluent German and English language skills • Flexibility and willingness to travel based on client and project needs Who we are Eraneos is an international consulting group specializing in strategy, transformation, and technology that helps companies succeed in a dynamic digital world.
