Operations Manager (m/w/d)

Your mission • Monitor overall business performance, budgets, and key operational KPIs • Support Senior Management in strategic planning and operational decision-making • Manage and continuously optimize the end-to-end order-to-delivery process across Europe • Provide disciplinary and functional leadership and further development of the Operations team • Ensure efficient supply chain, logistics, and operational processes • Initiate and implement continuous improvement initiatives based on data analysis • Collaborate closely with internal departments such as Sales, Service, Spare Parts, and Finance • Act as an interface to the headquarters and selected stakeholders in China Your profile Must-haves • University degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or a comparable qualification • More than 5 years of professional experience in Operations Management • Strong expertise in Supply Chain Management and Logistics • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills • Strong analytical capabilities with a KPI-driven working style • Proven leadership experience with disciplinary responsibility Nice-to-haves • Chinese language skills • Understanding of Chinese business culture • Experience in an international or China-related corporate environment Why us? • A key position within a fast-growing European organization backed by a strong global group • Direct impact on operational strategies, structures, and performance • Leadership responsibility for an international Operations team (approx. 4–10 employees) • Permanent full-time position with clear development and growth perspectives • Close collaboration with Senior Management About us Welcome to XCMG, one of the world’s largest manufacturers of construction machinery.
